Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting handmade jewelry! All pieces are handmade and carefully inspected before sale.

IN PERSON MARKETS & POP-UPS: All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for items purchased in person at local markets, festivals or pop-up events.

ONLINE ORDERS: We offer a 14-day return policy for items ordered through our website. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.  

Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, slight variations may occur and are part of the unique character of each piece. 

If you experience a craftsmanship issue, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will be happy to review repair options/refunds with you.
