Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting my handmade jewelry business. Every piece is crafted from sterling silver by me right here in Florida. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Processing Time:
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be packaged and dropped off at the post office 

Shipping Rates & Delivery:
We currently only ship within the United States. 
We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage which includes a tracking number and up to $100 of insurance.

*Orders under $100: $6 Flat Rate Shipping
*Orders $100 and over: FREE standard shipping
*Delivery time: Packages generally arrive within 3-5 business days once scanned by the post office.

Secure Packaging & Delivery:
*Discreet Boxes/Packaging: To protect your order from theft, our outer packaging do not feature the word "jewelry".
*Address Check: Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. 

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact your local post office immediately. If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of packaging and the item so we can assist you.
